Areas We Cover in London
We cover all of Greater London inside the M25, with engineers travelling to your property in every London borough and the City of London.
Which parts of London do we cover?
We cover all of Greater London inside the M25: all 32 London boroughs and the City of London. Whether the property is a mansion block flat, a converted terrace let as an HMO or a family home in the suburbs, our published prices inc. VAT are the same across London.
The boroughs we cover are Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth and Westminster, plus the City of London.
How does scheduling work across London?
We plan visits by area, so engineers spend their time at properties rather than crossing London. When you book, we offer the available slots for your postcode and confirm the date and time with you. If you need several certificates, we arrange them in one visit where possible.
If the property is let, you arrange access with your tenant. If you are working to a deadline, such as a new tenancy, a sale or an HMO licence application, tell us when you book so we can plan around it.
For regular renewals, such as annual gas safety records, booking ahead gives you the widest choice of slots, and we can remind you before certificates expire.
Is there extra to pay for parking or the Congestion Charge?
Sometimes, and never without warning. Central London parking or Congestion Charge may be added. We always confirm before booking. Much of inner London sits inside controlled parking zones (CPZs), so if you can provide a visitor permit or an off-street space, let us know when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover my London borough?
Yes, if it is in Greater London inside the M25. We cover all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, from Westminster and Camden to Havering, Bromley, Hillingdon and Enfield. Our engineers travel to the property. If you are unsure whether an address is covered, send us the postcode and we will confirm before you book.
Do you charge more for central London?
Our published prices inc. VAT are the same across London. The only difference is that central London parking or Congestion Charge may be added, depending on the address and whether parking is available. We always confirm the full total before booking, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Do you cover addresses outside the M25?
Our service area is Greater London inside the M25. If your property is close to the boundary, or you are not sure which side of it you are on, send us the postcode and we will tell you whether we can help before you book anything.
Do I need to be at the property for the inspection?
Not necessarily, as long as the engineer can get in and reach every area they need, such as each room, the consumer unit and the gas appliances. If the property is let, you arrange access with your tenant or leave keys. We may charge a call-out fee for missed appointments where no access is given.
